Virtual Fireplace™ End User License Agreement

This agreement shall supersede any previous agreement.

The Works (“Works”) including all video files, audio files and image files

that are downloadable, are proprietary and copyrighted. This copyright is protected under European and International copyright law. Virtual Ambiance owns and reserves all rights, except for those specifically granted by the license agreement below.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license agreement (“Agreement”) between

you and Virtual Ambiance (a Registered Partnership from the Netherlands Reg.nr: 68868790 Chamber of Commerce). Please read this agreement carefully before using or the product. If you choose not to accept this agreement, you must refrain yourself from using the product. By using any part of the Works, you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. The Works may be used, changed and incorporate into your derivative product

such as broadcast television, commercials, films, trailers and finished products.

However, the works may not be redistributed into stock footage, stock

designs, and templates or reproduced as animated background or editable

media files.

2. The Works may not be used within a product or production involving the promotion or activity of illegal affairs.

3. The Works may not be transferred to a third party through networked

computers or other methods. However a finished locked edit may be

transferred to a finishing studio for the purpose of broadcasting or film-out.

The studio may not reuse these files for other productions.

4. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virtual Ambiance and all of its employees (“Those Indemnified”) for any and all losses, damages,

liabilities, claims, costs or expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees

incurred directly or indirectly by Those Indemnified in connection with the use

of the Works.

5. You may not sell, sublicense, loan, give, or transfer any part of the Works to a

third-party, except where defined in section 4 regarding finishing studios.

6. You can only use The Works on Twitch and are not allowed to use it on other platforms. If do want to use it otherwise, you need permission from Virtual Ambiance to do so
